Annexing Vacant Plots
It is wiser and prosperous to annex the plot on the right of one’s own plot when planning to construct a building in both the plots together. Annexing the plot on the left of one’s own plot will make him loose his prosperity and he be subjected to many misfortunes.
Annexing the plot that is right across one’s own plot will have a neutral effect of equal strength. When there is a need to annexe two adjacent plots for raising a building, it is advisable to have the building raised closer to the South-West boundaries of the combined plot, leaving more space near the North-East boundaries.
If this rule is followed the person will be blessed with plenty, prosperity and good off springs. On the contrary, if the building is raised close to the North-East boundaries of the combined plot, leaving more space near the South-west boundaries, the result will be just the opposite.
